Ever the sceptic, I arranged a consultation meeting and was struck by Owen's knowledge and infectious enthusiasm for his work. When a date was agreed to start the sanding and sealing of our kitchen and hall, he arrived exactly on time and the task of furniture moving began. I left for work and on my return - not one speck of dust was to be found - anywhere! Three days later, the finished floors are beautiful. I am utterly delighted with the standard of the work - the floors have never looked better. I would have no hestitation in recommending Owen and his team to anyone contemplating floor restoration - and indeed have already been singing his praises to anyone who will listen!  In my time as a facilities manager, across many sectors, i have never came across a contractor who takes so much pride in their work. Their craftsmanship has to be seen to be believed and their attention to detail is truly remarkable. Recently they repaired an antique staircase within a listed building for us which other companies could not do and simply said could not be done. Needless to say the job was spectacular and many users and visitors including VIP’s have commented on its revival. We were recommended Owen by close friends, from initial meeting to the final handover of our reclaimed parquet flooring in 3 rooms we could not have been happier, when they say they will be here on a day at a time they are, when our daughter took ill and we needed a bit of family time together they could not have been more understanding.
